RECRUITMENT AD’S – Pro Mentor provides the services of Recruitment Ad’s in the print media. We design the layout and ad content based on the requirement given by the client.
PRE RECRUITMENT TESTS – PMC conducts pre employment tests for its clients. The process of designing pre employment tests will be done by understanding the client requirement and involves client representative while drafting the questionnaire. The pre employment tests include technical, psychometric, emotional quotient, intelligence quotient and questions on reasoning and English language.
EVENT MANAGEMENT – PMC is having well experienced event managers to organize corporate events like Team Building games, Fun Activities, Project Completion Parties, Get -together, New Year Celebrations, Product Launch, Celebrity Shows etc.
KNOWLEDGE SHARING (WORKSHOPS, SEMINARS) – Pro Mentor is closely associated with CHRP (Consortium of HR Professionals - An Association of HR professionals) and Businessgyan to work along with it in conducting programs like seminars, workshops, panel discussions, training etc. (CHRP is functioning now at Bangalore only, and shortly will be available globally to all)
TRAVEL & TRANSPORT MANAGEMENT (DOMESTIC & INTERNATIONAL) – PMC provides Travel and transport arrangements for their client’s requirements. We do Domestic and International bookings also.
EMPLOYEE VERIFICATION (REFERENCE CHECK) – Pro Mentor do reference check on candidates prior to the interview on behalf of clients at no charges as add on services. This service is available exclusively on paid basis also.
CORPORATE TRAINING (SOFT SKILL & TECHNICAL) – Pro Mentor provides customized onsite training and development programs to corporate companies, Government Sector, Associations, Universities, and other organizations who want to train people in the skills rarely taught, like MDP, EDP, Communication Skills, Management Skills, Organizational Visioning for Top Management, Negotiation Skills, Customer Service etc. We also can provide technical trainings depends on the need of the client, subject to availability of the technical trainer.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCES – PMC is providing services to its clients in getting the licenses / registrations under various applicable statutes. It also provides the services of statutory record maintenance, and periodical submission of returns.
PAYROLL PROCESSING – PMC is having experienced resource people to take care of the payroll processing on monthly basis for its clients.
AD FILMS, CORPORATE FILMS & BRANDING – PMC is also into Ad films, Corporate films and branding.
